WHAT IT IS

PLAIN ENGLISH.
NO MANUAL FOG.

A slow auger juicer that crushes produce and presses liquid through a screen while sending fibrous pulp to a separate outlet.

The auger turns more slowly than a centrifugal blade. It grips and crushes cut produce, then pressure forces juice through the filter while pulp travels onward into its own container.

MY EXPERIENCE

WOULD I BUY
IT AGAIN?

This is the machine that turned NIX Shots from an occasional fiery experiment into a repeatable batch process.

Yes—especially for ginger. Cleaning is the price of admission, and paying it immediately is cheaper.★★★★★ · SHOTS LAB CORE
