NIX
SHOTS
Always 30% ginger.
A wake-up call
in a 60ml bottle.
NIX Shots combine fresh root ginger, sharp lemon and fruit juice. No mystery powder. No decorative wellness waffle. Just a properly tested blend with enough ginger to make itself known.
Cold pressed, thoroughly blended, bottled, labelled and kept properly chilled.

Refrigerate immediately. Shake before drinking and enjoy properly cold.
FRIDGE → READYFREEZE THE FIRE.
NOT THE BOTTLE.
Freezing on production day is a handy way to prepare NIX Shots in batches—but juice expands as it freezes. A completely full, tightly sealed 60ml bottle can bulge, leak or split.
CHECK THE PLASTIC
Use only clean, food-grade bottles that the supplier confirms are suitable for freezing. A tamper-evident cap does not automatically make a bottle freezer-safe.
LEAVE HEADSPACE
Never fill to the brim. Leave roughly 10% of the bottle empty—about 6ml in a 60ml bottle—so the liquid has room to expand.
FREEZE IT FRESH
Bottle with clean equipment, label with the production date and freeze promptly. Stand bottles upright in a tray until completely solid.
THAW IT COLD
Move the next bottle into the fridge and let it thaw slowly. Never thaw at room temperature, in hot water or in a microwave.
30. 5. 65.
MEASURED PROPERLY.
The published working ratio is 30% fresh ginger, 5% lemon and 65% fruit juice. Private experiment notes remain private; the usable batch calculator now lives in NIX Shots Lab.

NO MAGIC WAND.
There are sensible reasons to enjoy a ginger shot. There are also plenty of daft claims online. NIX keeps both feet on the ground.
GINGER, PROPERLY PRESENT
Always 30% fresh ginger. Ginger has a long traditional use for digestive comfort, and research suggests it may help with some kinds of nausea—although much of that evidence concerns supplements rather than juice shots.
FRUIT + VITAMIN C
Citrus and many fruits are natural sources of vitamin C, which helps protect cells and supports healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage. The amount varies with the fruit and the batch.
FOOD, NOT MEDICINE
A NIX Shot is a concentrated serving of fresh ingredients, not a detox, cure or replacement for a varied and balanced diet. Strong ginger and acidic juice may not suit everyone.
