TOTTENHAM 2–3 ASTON VILLA πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯

Now THAT felt good.

Away from home. Under pressure. Needing a result.

And Villa turned up. 🦁πŸ”₯

Spurs came flying at us early, but Zion Suzuki was absolutely superb, keeping them out when it mattered. Then, right before half-time, Johan Manzambi struck and suddenly the whole game changed.

THREE NIL. AWAY AT SPURS. πŸ€―πŸŸ£πŸ”΅

And BuendΓa’s third? πŸš€

Absolute filth.

One of those goals where you make an involuntary noise at the television before immediately wanting to watch the replay six times.

Spurs did manage two very late goals and, because this is Aston Villa and apparently calm endings are illegal, the last few minutes turned into the traditional claret-and-blue cardiac stress test. πŸ˜‚β€οΈ

But we held on.

2–3. THREE POINTS. DONE.

After a difficult start to the league season, this felt much bigger than simply another result. It was Villa showing resilience, being clinical when the chances arrived and finding a way to win when we really needed one.

And there were plenty of positives.

🧀 Suzuki immense when Spurs started strongly πŸ”₯ Manzambi taking his opportunity ⚑ Jackson looking dangerous 🎯 BuendΓa producing a beauty πŸ’ͺ McGinn leading the fight 🧠 Emery finding a way

ASTON VILLA HAVE THEIR FIRST PREMIER LEAGUE WIN OF 2026/27. πŸ₯³

Away at Tottenham isn’t a bad place to get the engine started either.

Plenty still to improve. Plenty of season left.

But tonight?

Pour something cold.

Put the highlights back on.

Enjoy that BuendΓa goal again.

And say it properly…
